Meaning: to be, to exist ある is used to indicate the existence of inanimate objects. Example sentences(Usage): お金がありません。 I have no money. okane ga arimasen. あなたの鞄はテーブルの上にある。 Your bag is on the table. anata no kaban wa teeburu no ue ni aru. 質問がありますか？ Do you have any questions? shitsumon ga arimasu ka.
